Monthly Practice Schedule
Our swim team's practice schedule is designed to provide our athletes with ample training time to enhance their technique, speed, and endurance. Our skilled coaches work closely with each swimmer to ensure individualized attention and continual improvement.
Morning Practices
- Monday - Friday: 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM
- Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Afternoon Practices
- Monday - Friday: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday and Sunday: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
