Employment Opportunities
1. Camp Counselor
As a Camp Counselor, you'll play a crucial role in creating a safe and engaging environment for our campers. You'll lead group activities, supervise swimming sessions, and facilitate memorable experiences throughout the summer. A background in education or child development is preferred, but not required. What matters most is your enthusiasm and dedication to making a positive impact on young lives.
2. Arts and Crafts Instructor
Do you have a passion for creativity and love working with your hands? Join our team as an Arts and Crafts Instructor! You'll inspire campers to explore their artistic side, lead hands-on projects, and help them discover their hidden talents. Previous experience in arts and crafts instruction is a plus, but not mandatory.
3. Sports Coach
If you're a sports enthusiast and enjoy teaching children the importance of teamwork and physical fitness, the Sports Coach position is perfect for you. You'll organize and lead various sports activities, promote fair play, and help campers develop their skills. Experience in coaching or playing a specific sport is desired, but not essential.
4. Lifeguard
Safety is our top priority at Camp Yachad, which is why we're looking for certified lifeguards to join our team. As a Lifeguard, you'll ensure the well-being of our campers during swimming sessions, enforce pool safety rules, and be prepared to respond to emergencies. Current lifeguard certification is required.
5. Outdoor Adventure Guide
Love exploring the great outdoors? Become an Outdoor Adventure Guide and introduce campers to the wonders of nature! You'll lead exciting hikes, teach basic wilderness survival skills, and create memorable outdoor experiences. Previous experience in outdoor education or related fields is advantageous, but not obligatory.
